Jim Haines

Providing a special place for people to be cared for gives us enormous pleasure. We are on-site every week. We know each resident and each staff member. We talk each day about our vision for our residents, discussing ideas and striving to find creative ways of providing the very best care.

Alison is a registered nurse and also audits health and disability services.

Jim has been involved in a variety of business activities before becoming involved with dementia care.

Providing the mentoring and the resources for our team to give loving care is the work we have chosen to do.

Len Hodge - Business Support Manager


Len Hodge

Len is our Business Support Manager. His principal activity is to assist the directors in business planning and operation.

He is responsible for supporting administration activity and the administration staff effectively. He monitors payroll activities and ensures that all IT resources function effectively.

He manages employment issues and related human resource requirements, oversees the completion of ACC audits at each location, and meets the requirements of the QPS benchmarking programme.

Len has vast experience and has worked as operations manager for both Admatha and Avonlea over the past two and a half years. He has a warm and wonderful nature that all staff and residents love. You will see Len around at Admatha and Avonlea in Christchurch. Len also spends some time at Aberleigh Rest Home Blenheim, Millvale House Levin and Waikanae on occasions.
