Hospital Level Dementia Care

Millvale House Miramar is the most recent addition to our group of rest homes, having become part of our organisation on 9th November 2011

We look forward to developing a rest home with a unique character, based on the vision and values of our organisation. We have hand-picked a staff team with exceptional qualities and experience in caring for people with advanced dementia. We are excited about building a team who will work passionately to uphold the principles of excellence in person centred care. 

Millvale House Miramar is set in beautiful surroundings with easy access to the gardens, with birdsong greeting you as you arrive. Surrounded by mature trees, there are sunny spots to sit, pathways to follow and birds to watch. The bedrooms are single and spacious. We encourage people to bring a few familiar things from home. 

The whole home is in the process of being renovated and redecorated. The rest home will be completely repainted, and the curtains and carpets replaced throughout. The furniture will be reupholstered and renewed, giving the entire rest home a fresh, new, homely look.
